How to use

For the reduction of the time required to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before going to bed, of 1 mg of the supplement (corresponding to 5 drops of Melateon® or 2 drops of Melateon PLUS®). To alleviate the effects of jet-lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of the supplement just before going to bed (corresponding to about 3 drops of Melateon® or 1 drop of Melateon PLUS®) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.
