Shipping and returns

Packages are generally sent within 2 days from the receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Any type of shipping you choose, we will provide a link to track your package online.

The shipping costs include management, packaging and postage. The operating costs are fixed and transport costs vary according to the total shipment weight. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, so the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile objects.

Boxes are sized appropriately and your articles are well-protected.
